- Prepare and use carpentry and joinery portable power tools
- Understanding construction technology
- Understanding information, quantities and communication with others
Training includes:
- Basic joints
- Door frames
- Doors, hinges, locks
- Cutting skills
- Work based projects (bird boxes, tables, shelves etc)
- Kitchen units and work tops
